La Sonnambula

These are two short guitar improvisations from a few weeks ago. The first is a little bit long, kind of dwells on the same idea for a little while. It’s a nice idea, but could have used a few more departures.
The second is kind of the exact opposite. It’s a small little form I could probably listen to a million times over and over again - yet its only about a minute long. Feel free to ignore my out of tune, whole-heartedly unempassioned subconscious humming.
I tried to get some friends of mine involved in a recording / songwriting project I’m working on, but they’re both already in multiple super-popular and busy bands. So… I can see where it might be hard to get really involved in a project which is not playing live and for which you are not the principal song writer (they are both the frontspeople of their respective current projects).
So this big redesign of the main site is almost over, and with it will come the launch of this site: etc. I’m trying to keep my expectations in check, and not expecting any kind of following (though just in case I have left all the comment code in tact in this wordpress install I’ve butchered), but rather considering the usefulness of this site for my own purposes.
